1.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer will be refunded to the respective accounts. Refunds for payments made using other methods may incur additional processing fees.
2. Exclusions from Refund
The following circumstances will exclude you from being eligible for a refund:
- Domain Name Registration: All fees paid for domain name registration or renewal are non-refundable once a domain name is registered or renewed, as it becomes the property of the customer for the entire registration term.
- Add-on Services: Fees paid for add-on services, including SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or additional storage, are non-refundable.
- Violation of Terms: If you breach any part of our Terms of Service or engage in activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Non-Hosting Issues: Refunds will not be processed for issues unrelated to hosting services as described in the hosting plan.
- Data Migration: If you have used the data migration service, you are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund?
3.1 Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please submit a request through our customer support system within the 7-day eligibility window. Your refund request must include:
- Your full name and Tez Hosting account username.
- The date on which the hosting service was purchased.
- A brief explanation for the refund request.
3.2 Verification: Our support team will review your eligibility request based on the details you provide. Additional documentation or information may be required during the verification process.
Note: If you cancel your service before requesting a refund and thorough investigation, a refund request will not be entertained.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date. The actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
4.2 Refund Deductions: If any discounts, promotional codes, or special offers were applied to your original purchase, these may be deducted from the total refund amount.
4.3 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for domain name registrations, renewals, third-party services, and add-on products will not be refunded under any circumstances.
