1. Account Setup

2. Service Provision

2.1 Hosting Services: We will provide hosting services according to the plan you have selected. The details of the services, including pricing, features, and limitations, are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any activities that violate our acceptable use policy, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: distributing malware, pornography (18+ content), selling/distributing IPTV services, spamming, engaging in illegal activities, infringing intellectual property rights, or causing harm to our network or other customers.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Terms: You agree to pay the fees associated with the hosting services according to the pricing and billing terms specified on our website. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period.

3.2 Service Renewal: We don’t autocharge for payments; instead, an invoice is generated 7 days before the end of each billing cycle to renew your services. You are responsible for canceling the service if you no longer wish to continue.

3.3 Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which can be found on our website. Eligible refunds will be issued according to the terms outlined in the refund policy.

4. Premium Domain Registration Policy

Tez Hosting does not support the registration of premium domains—domains classified by registrars as high-value or exclusive, often priced significantly higher than standard domains. Please review the following regarding our premium domain registration policy:

4.1 Definition of Premium Domains

Premium domains include high-demand or exclusive names, such as:

• Single-word Domains (e.g., service.online, design.tech).
• Short Domains: Names with 1-3 characters (e.g., abc.com, xyz.io).
• Popular Keywords: High-demand industry terms (e.g., law.firm, crypto.site).
• Geographic or Specialty Domains (e.g., newyork.store, fashion.global).
• Premium Extensions: Extensions classified as premium by registrars (e.g., .luxury, .rich, .tech).

4.2 Refund and Account Credit Policy

If a premium domain name is inadvertently registered through our platform, the total amount paid for that domain will be credited to the customer’s account with Tez Hosting, which can be used later on for any other purchase/renewal and no refund will be issued.

4.3 Order Confirmation Emails

If you receive an order confirmation or domain activation email for a premium domain, please note that it holds no validity due to our policy restrictions.

5. Data Security and Backups

5.1 Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and files. We recommend regularly backing up your data to prevent loss in the event of hardware failure, data corruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Data Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall Tez Hosting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your hosting service at any time by following the cancellation procedure specified on our website. No refunds will be provided for early termination.

7.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in activities that may harm our network or other customers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom & Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom & Pakistan.

9. Modification of Terms

9.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You may be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

10.1 Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan or UK arbitration authority.

14. Customer Responsibilities

15. Consumer Protection Laws
